TAMIM WAZEERY MOI Liaison
With Hart since September 2008
‘I am a 30-year-old Afghan male living in Kabul with my family members, including my wife, three children, mother, father, brothers and sisters. I’m a highly driven individual with good management experience in coordination and management sectors. I have a degree in Political Law, which I completed in Afghanistan. I have good computer skills and I’m fluent in Dari, Farsi, Pashtu and English.
My first position with Hart was Logistics Assistant for the KPP project in Kabul. This position required someone with knowledge and familiarity of the Afghanistan markets. I was responsible for purchasing any items requested by the project manager.
Today I am the MOI Liaison Officer. I believe that I’ve achieved a lot, including supporting Hart’s record with the Afghanistan Ministry of Interior (weapon, personal, and licenses validity). I have established a really good relationship between Hart and Afghan government sources such as MOI, MOD, MOFA and NDS.
I like taking responsibility for challenging tasks and I believe that my promotion was due to the fact that I can be trusted to finalize company-related tasks in a legal and lawful manner. I’ve had a lot of positive experiences here.
What I enjoy most about my job is: the honesty and integrity in our daily tasks; learning new things and taking on more related responsibilities; solving MOI, MOD, NDS and MOFA related tasks in a timely and scheduled manner.
My family are very positive about my job with Hart. Going forward, I’d like to be a key person here. I work hard and believe that I am a great contribution to the company. I like to think that I’ll get promoted again through the hard work that I continue to give every day.’
I enjoy the honesty and integrity in our daily tasks.
