Since 2012 Hart has provided international armed guarding in the form of Security Managers and static guards at the Italian Consulate in Afghanistan at their Head office and guest house in Herat. To support this project, Hart provided access to a sizeable team of training, logistics and communication managers within Hart’s personnel on the ground as well as a considerable corporate reach back facility for finance, recruitment and quality assurance, available to support project operations.

The level of physical threat that the client, as well as our staff, would be exposed to would be considered extreme in both of these locations. The Hart approach is to constantly maintain a high level of readiness as well as training levels. This is why our track record for both of these clients is successful, with zero incidents.

Hart is also currently providing security services for a client government in Jakarta since 2015. A challenge we faced was the limited time frame to stand up fully as per the scopes of work. We ensured a smooth transition from the incumbent security provider, and within a short time have built and maintained a great working relationship with the client delegation. With the threatening developments in early 2016 in Jakarta, Hart took proactive steps to mitigate the heightened security threats.
