Both specialists in their fields, Hart and Security Exchange have formed the Chelsea Group Security & Crisis Management division offering clients a host of services for the special risk market from kidnap and ransom to business travel management.
Hart is now registered on the System for Award Management (SAM), providing a more streamlined process of obtaining and procuring US federal contracts. SAM also confirms that Hart are eligible to bid on such contracts.
The recent addition to the Chelsea Group is Security Exchange, a provider of security risk management services for the insurance industry. Their diverse range of disciplines includes: Kidnap & Ransom, Product Contamination, Terrorism and Political Violence, Marine Piracy, Aviation and Cyber. Hart welcomes them to the group and looks forward to working together to continue providing our clients with specialised security.

Fully licenced to operate in Afghanistan since 2003, Hart are pleased to announce the renewal of our 12-month Afghanistan Ministry of Interior Private Security Company (PSC) licence. We continue to have an outstanding record providing security services and training to a variety of diplomatic clients and companies in the country.
On 2nd February, a commercial Daallo Airlines flight, bound for Djibouti from Mogadishu, was forced to make an emergency landing shortly after take-off when part of the plane was ripped open by the explosion.
