Physical Security

Hart provides a full range of protective security services. This includes: security management, communications and tracking, mobile security (personal security details and convoy escorts), static guards, K9 details plus all the necessary support for these services. We incorporate technical security into our solutions taking into consideration both cost efficiency and the right technology fit for the situation. Mobile Security

Hart can provide mobile security – personal security details (PSD) for the protection of the client’s personnel; and convoy escort teams which provide protection for the client’s logistic movement of materials.

  1. Command and Control (C2). All mobile security is controlled by Hart’s operations centres which are established to manage the delivery of all the company’s security services.  The operations centre always has the communications and tracking systems to facilitate effective C2 to monitor mobile assets and react in the event of any incident.  Journey Management Plans provide the basis for conducting mobile operations from mustering through on assigned deployment to post mission tasks.
  2. PSD. Our PSDs comprise skilled operators and high-quality vehicles (armoured or soft skinned dependent upon the threat and client preference) with a combination of radio and telephone communications (satellite and GSM mobiles). Vehicles are fully equipped for safety and comfort – including medical kit, breakdown equipment, and tracking devices. The PSD’s task is to protect our client’s staff whenever they are required to move outside a secure area; Hart tailor their design to meet client requirements in full, whilst taking into account the threat. They can be provided for the duration of a project or on and ad hoc basis.
  3. Convoy Escort.  Hart has conducted thousands of convoy escort tasks over the years in Iraq and Afghanistan.  The teams are designed to meet the demands of the threat and the size of the convoy. Journey management plans are based upon the optimum route and identify vulnerabilities, threats, safe havens, hospital locations and emergency response procedures.
  4. Hybrid.  Hart has undertaken a hybrid form of mobile security providing protection for buses taking large groups of client staff from a secure location to an airport or a secure work site.

Close Protection

Our skilled Close Protection Personnel Security Details (PSD) are highly trained specialist professionals and all our teams undergo rigorous background checks. Whether it’s safeguarding high-net-worth individuals or safely escorting business VIPS to and from their places of work without incident, our tailored teams can operate and adapt in any threat environment. Hart can provide close protection teams for projects or one-off tasks for companies and individuals. Working in partnership with our clients, we provide bespoke security to meet your requirements; our aim is to allow clients to conduct their business safely with the minimum of intrusion or inconvenience.

Static Security

Hart provides trained, professional, uniformed security guards who protect client personnel, facilities, assets, offices, residences, camps and equipment. Our guards are equipped to prevent, deter and react to any hostile or criminal actions. Our security solutions are based on a comprehensive analysis of the threats and risks and the integration of static, mobile and technological security elements. These include: provision of 24/7 armed or unarmed guards; entry control point/access control; technical security systems (CCTV, land based radar, intrusion detection systems) and local intelligence.

Project Management

From our command and control centres, our experienced HSE-trained security managers oversee the end-to-end solution. Hart manages all operational support and is fully accountable. We operate with cultural awareness and often integrate or lead the CSR plan. We provide quality assurance and control over all elements of the project, and adhere to the standards set by internationally recognised certification bodies. Our project managers are empowered to make decisions; this simplifies the decision-making process on the ground ensuring we can act swiftly.
