When Hart began in 1999, it was formed to provide specialist security with capabilities across the land, sea and air environs. From early days, the vision was to form a group of companies garnering symbiotic expertise with Hart at its core; offering integrated, end-to-end solutions for a broad range of clients.
The Hart Group became a reality in 2006 and its stable of companies expanded over the years; it then transformed to Chelsea Group (R W Chelsea Holdings Ltd) in 2012. Today the group consists of recruitment and logistic services for the humanitarian and development community (CTG), risk management and security (Hart and Security Exchange), aviation security (Longport), leadership development (The Leadership Trust) and Enigma Alliance which includes camp operations (COG), portable housing (NapCap) and water-purifying solutions (WaterCap).
These fully independent companies within the Group provide best-in-class services around the globe and employ over 14,000 personnel on the five main continents.
