Hart’s process is to engage in thorough planning with the client, as well as liaising with all the stakeholders, assisting agencies and emergency services. We ensure that crisis management plans are in place, including crowd management and evacuation plans. We use all technology available at the venue and always maintain effective communications with our clients. Through key partnerships Hart can offer services such as physical security (both close protection and manned guarding), traffic management and executive transport.
